mne provides this implementation of TDDR for motion correction in fnirs data.
How do you identify motion artefacts in the first place for your fnirs data?
In homer there is this function called MotionArtifact which uses thresholds for amplitude and stdev to identify fnirs motion artifacts. Do you have something similar for mne?
