I have looked through the documentation for MNE-nirs but have not found a specific example of code for this issue.
I have a dataset from an event-related fNIRS experiment. Data were collected in blocks of 80 trials and triggers set at the beginning of each trial. I have a separate .csv file which recorded the trial outcome and reaction time. I want to segment the waveform so I can look at the haemodynamic response to different events and whether it varies by trial outcome.
Is there a piece of code I can use to do this? Most of the MNE-nirs documentation relates to Block designs so Iām finding it hard to find a good piece of code to adapt.
