Usually we get the functional connectivity matrix using the correlation matrix. But has anyone used python to get the structural connectivity matrix? If so please let me know
structural connectivity meaning the location of white matter tracts? I don’t see how EEG could be used to do this. To the best of my knowledge, you need an MRI machine for that.
Hi, thanks for the reply. Yeah, you’re right. I’m trying to see if there’s a way to connect the 2. I need to get the structural connectivity for different number of electrodes. Is there a way to do that using mne?
unfortunately no.
