Questions about running ICA and AutoReject

Hello Everyone,

I have few questions about artifact correction of EEG data using ICA and
auto-reject:

1) Is is better to apply ICA on raw data or epoch data?

2) When to apply auto-reject? Before ICA or after ICA?

Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

To answer your questions,

1) Applying ICA on raw data or epoched data should be completely equivalent
since it's a spatial filter
