Hi!

I’m looking for courses recommendations about the use of MNE. I will be very grateful if you can help me. I already have background in programming and electrophysiology if that helps.

The best way to learn is to go through the tutorials listed on the MNE website and get hands-on with the data. If you have some experience in programming and electrophysiology you will quickly pick up the concepts used in MNE.

There are many tutorials, so I suggest starting with the basics of reading in data, filtering, epoching, frequency analysis, etc. After that, pick some tutorials in the field that you would like to work in, like source analysis, connectivity, or something else.

Hi.

I agree with SBeumer that a good way is to go through tutorials. Besides the tutorial https://mne.tools/ there are also tutorials from the FLUX project. They too have detailed steps of working with data using MNE-Python.
