Hi MNE list,
What is the right syntax to use to get mne_average_estimates to
average multiple input files together? I tried using spaces as in:
stc 11-COMB/meg/11_grandave 7-COMB/meg/7_grandave 8-COMB/meg/
8_grandave 4-COMB/meg/4_grandave 14-COMB/meg/14_grandave
It only read the rh-stc and lh-stc files for the first subject.
Thanks for your help,
Linnaea Stockall

This would be:
stc 11-COMB/meg/11_grandave
stc 7-COMB/meg/7_grandave
...
i.e. use stc for every input file
Good Luck!
