Hi, I’ve got MNI coordinates of SEEG. As in the tutorial of locating the SEEG, I should do ACPC alignment although I didn’t. SO I’ve got this
Is this because of no ACPC alignment?The brain is from this specific subject. For I see here says ‘mri’ frame needs ACPC alignment. Others I need to plot that in ‘fsaverage’.
Also, does ‘mri’ coordinate frame means ‘world’ coordinate?
