Better way to get microstates?

  • MNE version: 1.8.0
    I want to know if there is a better way to calculate microstates with Python code.
    I used pycrostates, but pycrostates can only extract GFP on raw or epochs
    And my task is event related, I hope to extract GFP on evoke (is this reasonable?)
    So I have two questions
  1. Is it reasonable to extract GFP from evoke?（or epochs series）
  2. Is there a better Python package to calculate microstates?
  3. If not, what are some recommended Tookbox options for MATLAB
