Write .snirf file from a Matlab file

I have a Matlab file from which I would like to create a .snirf file. All infos are available in that Matlab file and I was able to create a .fif file from it with the eeg data pretty easily.

Now I want to create a .snirf file with the nirs data but I don’t find any info on that matter. Can I do that ? If yes, how ?
