Hi MNE-community,
I have been following the Group Level GLM Analysis Tutorial and I am wondering if there is a way to plot all my contrasts to the cortical surface using mne-nirs or do I need to transfer the computed contrasts (p-values) and work futher with nilearn as the method compute_contrast(contrast, contrast_type=None )[source] is a wrapper function for nilearn.stats.contrasts.?
