the Unit of the time course data from source_estimate object

hello, everyone:
I extract the time course data from source_estimate object using the function mne.extract_label_time_course, but what is the unit of time course data? In the example Compute MNE inverse solution on evoked data with a mixed source space — MNE 1.4.dev0 documentation, the nAm is given. Whether the units of time course data obtained by source location methods，such as sLORETA, MNE, dSPM， are the same？

Hello @dahaiyu and welcome to the forum! The dSPM and sLORETA algorithms produce source estimates in unit-less values (based on F-statistics). On the other hand, the MNE and eLORETA algorithms return the electrical current in Amperes (that’s why the numbers are so tiny!). It is therefore totally alright to label the y-axis in your above figure as “dSPM value”. Hope that helps! Richard
