Subcortical Segmentation/labels (searching for .annot file)

Hi everyone!
I already have all my MEG- data in source space and I am currently using HCPMMP1 as an atlas/labels. Now some ‘subcortical’ clusters appeared in my results and I would like to put some labels on it. I found on the freesurfer homepage a subcortical segmentation (RB_all_2008-03-26.gca, Fischl et al., (2002)) but what I need would be a .annot file - just like I have it (eg. ‘lh.HCPMMP1.annot’).

Did someone here create something like that or is there a link I have overseen?

unfortunateley I do not have a volumetric source space, and I want to avoid building one. according to my understanding it should be possible to parcelate also the area if there was an atlas.
