There are tutorials about spatial-temporal cluster-based permutation test for source space data, but I don’t think I found any tutorial about spatial-only cluster-based permutation test for source space data. Does anyone have any pointers or suggestions?
Just to make it clearer, the analysis I’m trying to do is to average the dSPM amplitude in the source space across a time window, then administer a spatial-only cluster-based permutation test across two conditions.
