:question: If you have a question or issue with MNE-Python, please include the following info:

  • MNE version: e.g. 0.24.0
  • operating system: e.g. Redhat 8

The mne.gui.locate_ieeg() is removed from new versions without any alternative. Regarding the SEEG contacts locations, am I supposed to down version the older mne and work with the 1.0.0 version, or some thing was wrong about it and it is not reliable? What about adding those codes from the old version to the new version and work from that?

This feature was deprecated from the main MNE package in v1.4. You can now find it in the mne-gui-addons package: mne_gui_addons.locate_ieeg().
