I’m trying to run a notebook on headless HPC cluster. However, I am unable to use any visualization functionality, as it immediately causes my kernel to die. It seems that matplotlib is unable to use the QT bindings as my environment is running in ‘headless’ mode.
I followed all the steps pretty closely, except for the osmesa vtk variant, since there is no variant for ppc64le systems
