Potential to use MNE for non-human EEG

Hi there,

I am relatively new to MNE but am just wondering if it could be used to visualise and/or pre-process data from a 2EEG/1EMG rodent system. We’d be looking to apply bandpass filters and artifact detection to some recordings. Hope to hear from you soon thanks so much for assistance.

Sure! I’ve never worked with non-human EEG, but this would definitely be worth a try. I’d start with importing and visualizing the continuous data to see if you get anything useful.
