We are looking for a predoctoral researcher to work in the research project “Deep learning approaches for speech restoration from brain biosignals”, which aims to decode speech from the intracranial EEG data using state-of-the-art deep learning techniques.
We are seeking to appoint a skilled engineer with a background in either Computer Science or Telecommunications/Electronic Engineering. The candidate tasks will involve setting up experiments with standard experimental software, recruiting participants, running experiments, data preparation and analysis.
The student will be integrated in a multidisciplinary team formed by engineers, psychologists and medical doctors. The duration of the contract is for 3 years, starting from November-December 2023. Gross annual salary is €26,700, including the employer’s contribution.
