I have an issue running mne coreg I don?t find the fit rpa option. May be is the nvidia drivers I don?t know may be something else before jumping into doing anything I would like to know for sure if possible.

I just have this computer(I also have a Macintosh but I don?t have much space bus its computing power is such less so I don?t use it for this). I am a student practicing on my own.

If you click on "Edit" button you should be able to set the fiducial points.

I can click on edit and click on rpa but I cannot see fit rpa then.

when you go to edit mode you can then click on the mesh to set the
fiducial locations.

I cannot record my screen. App I used to use crashed on my recent Mac OS...
when you are in edit mode you should see this and be able to click on the head
surface to position red dot ie LPA.

Oh Ok don?t worry the screnshot is fine. But the issue is on the right side I should have fit rpa and I cannot see that on mine or yours either. I can definitively click on edit and lap. But not the other I mentioned.

once you have set the fiducials you lock and then click on "fit fid."
and then on "fit ICP".

Sorry but once I lock I cannot click in fit fid or fit icp because they are gray. May be it is required a digitization source???

hi,
yes you need some digitization information with a least fiducial points
Now I think that the GUI currently supports digitization passed as .fif files.
