MNE-BIDS 0.13 release date

Hi @Richard @sappelhoff mainakjas,
When do you plan on releasing the v0.13 of mne-bids?

A large PR of MOABB (Disk cache by PierreGtch · Pull Request #408 · NeuroTechX/moabb · GitHub) depends on a specific commit of MNE-BIDS (for the rm feature) and it would be nice if we could depend on a stable release instead before merging this PR.

@PierreGtch mne-bids 0.13 is now released and available on pypi … and soon on conda-forge.
