Mne_analyze display problem

Hi all,

I seem to have a similar problem with the display of the surface using the
sample data in the tutorial. When I have loaded the inflated surface and
the data in mne_analyze (12.14.3 of the tutorial), there is no surface
displayed in the display area for current estimates (is that supposed to
be so?) until I check the box 'show sketch' in 'Adjust''Estimates'. The
surface displayed then shows only frontal cortex and some small patches
(see attachment).
I am working on a linux machine and have no freesurfer installed. Does
anyone know what the problem is?

Thanks!

Hi,

I try to load the surface of "fsaverage" on either centOS or Mac, and
have a problem which is the same with Jonathan's previous question.
Could anyone have the idea about how to solve this problem on CentOS
(the attached file has the screenshot)?

Thanks.

Hello fellow MNE users,
When I try to view a surface in mne_analyze (running CentOS) I can only
see a small tip of the brain. ?The surface is correctly viewed on a Mac
using mne_analyze, so it does not appear to be the surface itself.
I am guessing I am missing a library or two, since I have had to install
several missing libraries so far. ?However, I do not receive any error
messages in the terminal window, so I have no idea what libraries to
install.
Thanks for your help,
Jonathan
