mne_analyze display problem for CentOS

Hi Yvonne,

My colleague has solved the display problem in centOS! We have to install
the Nvidia driver manually.

You can see an information here:
http://forums.opensuse.org/new-user-how-faq-read-only/unreviewed-how-faq/386125-install-nvidia-driver-manually.html

In our case, we do:

1. download the Nvidia driver

2. press ctrl + alt + F1

3. log in as the root

4. type "init 3"

5. change the path to the directory where you keep the Nvidia driver

6. type "sh *full-name-of-the-Nvidia-driver*"

7. type "init 5"

Then it is done!

Hope this message can help

Best,

Chun-Hsien

Hi all,

I seem to have a similar problem with the display of the surface using the
sample data in the tutorial. When I have loaded the inflated surface and
the data in mne_analyze (12.14.3 of the tutorial), there is no surface
displayed in the display area for current estimates (is that supposed to
be so?) until I check the box 'show sketch' in 'Adjust''Estimates'. The
surface displayed then shows only frontal cortex and some small patches
(see attachment).
I am working on a linux machine and have no freesurfer installed. Does
anyone know what the problem is?

Thanks!
