Manually marking fiducial points on MRI data

Dear MNE users,

I am trying to manually mark fiducial points (RPA, LPA, and Nasion) on T1 MRI data and use them for coregistration, as it is implemented in ft_volumerealign(cfg, mri, target) function where one can click on the location of fiducial points and save them. How this can done with MNE?

Yes, via the mne coreg interface you can interactively click on the scalp surface to mark LPA, Nasion, and RPA and save them to SUBJECTS_DIR/SUBJECT/bem/SUBJECT-fiducials.fif. Have you tried using it?
