loreta 3d and EDF format EEG

Hello

I have EEG in edf format, Now I am begginner with the use of loreta in my signals. Could you explain me how to integrate freesrufer and my signals to observe 3D image scapl.

Your question is unclear.
I would suggest you start by looking at the tutorials available: Tutorials — MNE 1.2.1 documentation
All the tutorials can be run locally (sample datasets will be automatically downloaded) and you can try to adapt each tutorial to your own dataset.
I would also suggest starting with the introductory tutorials which will let you grasp how the different objects in MNE are designed.
