I am unable to extract to extract seizure part from chbmit scalp dataset

I am unable to extract seizure parts of the chbmit scalp dataset which is of 42 gb. I am getting error like skipped invalid time pair…
And also some samples are extracted for the other python code but each file is of 18kb and half of the files are extractwd with 0 kb.

Can anyone please help me in this regard. As, this is my first time working with this type of dataset

Please anyone help me how to extract seizure part fir the chbmit scalp dataset. It would be more helpful if anyone share the code for the seizure part extraction as I am new to work with signals eeg.

In this thread it’s discussed how to add the seizure annotations to the EDF file, using edf browser (how to load .edf.seizure file of CHB-MIT dataset - #3 by Teuniz). From that, I think you can script cutting out the part that contains the seizures from each EDF file.
