three exciting months of GSoC work on the beamformer module of MNE have

Hi Britta,
Excellent work, I'll have a look at it soon.
Have you had the time to have a look at the issue I opened on the single-trial DICS beamformer code using multitapers? I proposed a code I am using now, but I think your approach with the two steps is cleaner.
