Dear All,
I have used recon all to generate surface template (left hemisphere pial surface) from an MNI-space template, e.g., MNI152_T1_0.5mm.nii
From what I have learned the output lh.pial is not necessarily in MNI152 space. Could you guide me on how to convert my output file such that the surface coordinates are in MNI152 space?
