I was wondering whether it would be possible to use PCA artifact regression from the EEG/EOG module on fNIRS hyperscanning data. Since we have a natural paradigm involving free interaction we cannot work with the strict task block design. We have short separation regression available for most participants, but some have bad quality data and we would like an alternative regression method to get rid of the physiological noise in these participants.
