Error after installing MNE-C

Dear MNE users,

I am new in MNE and installed MNE-C according to installing MNE-C -MNE 0.23.0 documentation using MNE-2.7.0-3106-MacOSX-i386.dmg. My computer is MacOS Big Sur with Intel silicon.
After installation, I ran
$MNE_ROOT/bin/mne_opengl_test
in Terminal, but I got a following error.
-bash: /Applications/MNE-2.7.0-3106-MacOSX-i386/bin/mne_opengl_test: Bad CPU type in executable

How can I solve this?

if you use an M1 machine there is no native binaries for mne-c on this architecture.

why not using mne-python?

I am not using M1 machine, but Intel Mac.
I consider using mne-python, anyway.
