EOG artifact removal.

    In my dataset (BCIC IV dataset 2a), there is a recording of approximately 5 minutes at the beginning of each session, performed to estimate the EOG influence. Do I need to remove this part before using autoreject add-on?

If you are not using these 5 minutes to estimate EOG influences, then yes: Simply crop your data to not include that part.
