emotion detection/classification using eeg

Hi

I came across this Saatchi & Saatchi Art project. A muse eeg is apparently used to classify 2 emtions inside the geneva emotion wheel, and then a visualization is controlled /manipulated?

Which features in eeg may used to detect emotions? Areas of the brain?

Is this the right forum to ask this question? If not, can you recommend me a place where I can find the answer?
