Hello everyone
First of all my OS etc:
- MNE version: e.g. 0.24.1
- operating system: Ubuntu 20.4
ā Problem: Using Ecogs tutorial to visualize with a gui and note the ecog electrode positions, does not carry teh visualization required to get the positions, that is, they are not visible enough. I say this because when I visualize the same CT in 3dSlicer I notice that they are extremely easy to pinpoint exactly.
ā Question: Is there an option to make the electrodes more visible, besides the contrast within the gui itself? As can be seen below, I can barely distinguish, where lowering the depth by the smallest unit makes me loose imense information, and the same goes for going up another unit.
