I am running mne 1.6.0 on macOS-14.6.1-arm64 and Python 3.11.7. I have 128-channel EEG (EGI) data. Channel locations were digitized using Geoscan. I also have T1 scans for each participant. I imported the data in EEGLAB .set format with the digitized channel locations. I have also tried importing the channel locations directly using mne.channels.read_dig_egi(‘data/coordinates.xml’). The EEG montage looks fine.
However, I don’t seem to be obtaining accurate coregistration. The fiducials and EEG sensor positions don’t look okay. Please see the attached screenshot. Please advise how to correct this problem.
