Cluster-Based Permutation Tests on Resting-State Conditions

  • MNE version: 1.4.0
  • operating system: Windows 10

Hello MNE Community,

I am currently working on a project where I am comparing two resting-state conditions. My goal is to identify topographical differences in alpha band power across these two conditions, irrespective of time.

I am considering using cluster-based permutation tests, however, I wanted to seek advice before proceeding. Could anyone provide me with some guidance, resources, or examples that could be helpful in conducting this analysis using MNE-Python as I can’t find a tutorial for this kind of test?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much.

Best,

MP

The examples and tutorials are usually a good start, just look at those that are on cluster-based permutation testing:
