Hello everyone,
I’m trying to preprocess my first fNIRS data with MNE. I was following some tutorials, but I noticed something I think might be odd: when applying the beer_lambert_law() function to optical density data, this yields the same values for HbO and HbR concentrations, as can be seen in the attached figure. Anybody knows what the problem might be here?
