Dear Colleagues,
The Division of Science welcomes applications from early-career scholars for a tenure-track assistant professor position in Psychology. Candidates should demonstrate strong potential for developing an independent research program.
We also welcome applications from established scholars (Associate or Full Professor), who have a demonstrated record of excellence in research and leadership in the field.
We particularly encourage candidates working in any area of Perception, Cognition, and Cognitive Development or Social Psychology (including those adopting a developmental perspective in their approach).
Successful candidates will have access to a faculty research grant including personnel lines, in addition to state-of-the-art facilities including: (1) An imaging center housing a Siemens Prisma 3T MRI scanner and two MEG systems (SQUID and OPM), with support for multimodal data acquisition (MEG+EEG+eytracking; fMRI+EEG) and dedicated technical staff, in addition to integration with a High Performance Computing facility with more than 6,400 computing cores, (2) Behavioral testing facilities equipped with standalone EEGs, eye-tracking, virtual reality, physiological measures (GSR, heart rate, etc…), and robotics, and social psychology experimental rooms; (3) State-of-the-art Child Observation Lab equipped with video and audio recording technology, a one-way observation window, and a connected control room.
