With IAS on, can I use maxwell_filter instead of MaxFilter?

Hi, so as the title. I have collected a bunch of data on MEGIN with MaxShield on so there are IAS channels in the data, but I didn’t do MaxFilter there. Now can I use maxwell_filter? Or, if I have used MaxFilter, can I use maxwell_filter provided by MNE again for bad channel detection and so on?
