Would someone kindly say if the program mne_volume_source_space has worked for them, and if so what is the appropriate volume input for --mri.
I've tried T1.mgz, orig.mgz, 001.mgz, brain.mgz & rawavg.mgz, and all result in "setting up interpolation...No nonzero elements specified". Is this error due to the command (i.e. a missing flag) or a problem with the volume(s) I am using?
