Dear all,
I am working on statistics (source space) and wondering whether I have chosen appropriate method for my study design:
- visual memory task, where subjects are presented with images in encoding and say whether they remember them in retrieval
- I analyze activity from encoding
- within-subject design: one group of subjects, where we tested memory performance
- paired design: I compare activity for HITS (correctly remembered items) vs MISSES (forgotten items)
Now I used the pipeline from the Permutation t-test on source data with spatio-temporal clustering tutorial.
As I understand, it is suitable for within-subject design. But does it work for paired design?
Best,
Katya
