For simulating source time traces for given labels we use source_simulator.add_data (label, source_time_series, events). How to simulate sources at given MNI coordinates?

Or alternatively: How to construct label at given MNI coordinates (with a given radius)?

Hi, I have a set of electrode (ECoG) positions in MNI coordinates and a set of anatomical labels (parcellation loaded from FreeSurfer). I couldn’t figure out if and how it is possible to find the most likely label corresponding to each electrode. Is there a function in MNE which just returns the most likely label(s) from the list of labels? Thank you for your quick response! I will check this code. Of course it would be great to have MNI coordinates parameter directly in source_simulator.add_data, so dear developers please consider this.

Update: unfortunately there is no code provided for this problem by PMM, only a general solution which is not so clear…
