SNR in resting data

Hello,

I am running an analysis using raw resting data and the example script
called plot_compute_source_psd_epochs.py from
http://martinos.org/mne/auto_examples/time_frequency/plot_compute_source_psd_epochs.html

In the script it recommends an SNR ratio of less than 1.0 for raw data, and
since the data I am using is not only raw but also resting data, I think
this recommendation applies doubly for me. Can anyone recommend a good
number to try? Thanks in advance.

Best wishes,

hi Vincent,

I personally use SNR=1 on raw data by default but It might depend
on what you want to do. In any case I'll try playing with this parameter
to see how much it changes my results, hoping that it won't change much.
