Should eog and ecg channel being excluded when performing ICA?

This maybe a trivial question but I would like to confirm it.

Say the raw consist channel of type eeg, eog, and ecg.
Do we need exclude ( pick_types ) the eog and ecg channel before prior to
ica.fit

it's a good question.

You can definitely keep them in. What is most common is to keep EOG though
It can help find the blink artifacts.
