According to the manual's instructions for saving
transformations<http://martinos.org/mne/manual/sampledata.html#saving-the-transformation>,
and the "Refining the Coordinate Transformation" instructions in the
preceding section, there should be both a "save" and a "discard" button in
the *Adjust Coordinate Alignment *window of mne_analyze, but I don't see
any such buttons, nor can I find any such options in the pull down menus in
the main window. I am running MNE 2.7.3 in 32-bit Ubuntu Linux 12.04. Is
this an issue with the version I am using, or am I just looking in the
wrong place? Thanks in advance for your help.
Just for the records, on my macbook air I would face similar problems. It's practically not possible to run mne_analysis with the air's 1366 x 768 screen resolution ...
Hi Vincent,
There are some issues with lower resolution displays. Can you tell us
what resolution your display is?
This happens to me on my 1366 x 768 Thinkpad as well. Seems the vertical axis is not sufficiently large/resolved to display the lower-most options of "Adjust Coordinate Alignment," and likely other menus as well. I get around this with a second physical screen or, at least on Ubuntu (I imagine on Mac as well) a second workspace below where the main mne_analyze window is open.
