Hi MNE users,
I want to compute the statistics of time frequency between two conditions, and I use the “mne.stats.permutation_cluster_1samp_test” function according to the pipeline Non-parametric 1 sample cluster statistic on single trial power — MNE 0.23.0 documentation. When I compute the adjacency, I encountered an error that the sensor_adjacency.shape computed by ‘find_ch)adhacency’ is not equal to the raw data mag number (as the figure shows, and my data is from ctf275). How can I adjust or match the sensor_adjacency shape and keep going on to compute the statistics? Thank you very much!!
