I am playing around with different re-references in my EEG data. I am trying to use the plot_psd_topomap after using set_bipolar_reference. However I get an error due to “electrodes have overlapping positions”. This makes sense as I applied the longitudinal bipolar montage as described here in Table 1: The standardized EEG electrode array of the IFCN - ScienceDirect
So my question is: Is there any standard/best way to plot a topomap with longitudinal bipolar reference?
