PhD Position in Clinical Neuroscience at Karolinska Institute (Sweden)

The Karolinska Institute is looking for a highly motivated doctoral (PhD) student to join theMultimodal Brain Imaging research group at the Department of Clinical Neuroscience, Karolinska Institutet. The position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge brain imaging technologies and clinical applications, in close collaboration with the Quantum and Nanophysics group at KTH.

The project focuses on combining whole-head OPM-MEG and cerebral blood flow measurement using superconducting nanowire-single photon detectors (SN-SPDs) to improve presurgical evaluation of epilepsy patients. The student will be involved in experimental design, data collection and analysis, and dissemination of results.
