Number of vertices present in stc files?

Hi,

I'm wondering what determines the number of vertices that appear in the stc
file generated by mne.minimum_norm.apply_inverse_raw? I have several
subjects and found that the number of vertices in their stc files differs.

hi Gladia,

if you use a "mindist" parameter in the forward computation you will end up with
slightly different numbers of vertices.
