*Hi, everyone.I have 2-channel EEG data in ".edf" formate (got from
physionet). I extracted one channel EEG data, and from that data, I
separate 30sec epochs EEG data. How can I remove Ocular (EOG) and muscle
(EMG) artifacts from that 30sec single channel EEG data?I attached plots of
30sec single channel EEG data with artifacts. Please find the attachment it
is not visible here*
[image: image.png]

Sampling Frequency of EEG signal is 100 Hz.
For 30sec I have 30*100=3000 samples.

It would be beneficial to my work if someone guides me on how to do this.

if you are working with physionet's sleep data maybe you want to give a
look to this PR: https://github.com/mne-tools/mne-python/pull/5718

Once said that, what would you like to do? whats your goal? invalidate the
entire epoch? or find windows of 30s without artifacts?
