Hello! I am struggling to work with a .eas file (from EEG recordings). I have been scouring the internet in order to find some way to use MNE with this file type or how to convert the .eas file, but I have not been able to find anything that works?
It seems like these file types are recordings from Cadwell amplifiers. I have never heard of this format before, and the format doesn’t seem to be supported by any of the large open source EEG packages. In this discussion thread, people recommend to use the Nihon Kohden software to convert .eas to .edf (or some other format that MNE-Python supports).
I tried using the Nihon Kohden software, but every time I tried to load in an .eas file it tells me that it is not supported?
I’d try to contact the amp manufacturer then.
