Hi everyone ,
I need to do dimension reduction of Resting State fMRI data set with PCA , I have issue in coding, could any one help me in this regard??

Hello @Fizza,

I believe most users here are more familiar with electrophysiological data (and fNIRS) processing via MNE-Python. For fMRI questions, I suspect the Neurostars forum might be better suited.
