more info on the input for using fMRI data for source weighting

Hi all,

I would like to use fMRI data to weight my MEG sources... were can I find more info on what form the fMRI input takes... and possibly a working example?

hi David,

the python code does not support fMRI weighted dSPM.

You'll need to use mne_do_inverse_operator with the --fmri option to
assemble you're inverse operator.
